About the role

HIRE NG is seeking proactive, creative, and results‑driven Marketing Associates to join the team as volunteers. You will help increase brand awareness, acquire new users, and support strategic growth initiatives for a fast‑growing technology startup.

Key responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and platform adoption.
• Identify and engage potential customers, skilled professionals, and business partners.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs and growth opportunities.
• Promote HIRE NG through online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Develop creative campaigns to attract and retain users.
• Build relationships with relevant communities, organizations, and partners.
• Collaborate with social media, content creation, and graphic design teams on campaigns.
• Monitor performance and provide regular activity and results reports.

Required profile

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive abilities.
• Interest in marketing, sales, customer acquisition, or business development.
