Marketing and Communications Specialist

About the role

Opes Venit Family Office is seeking a versatile Marketing and Communications Specialist to develop and execute multi‑channel brand communications, campaigns, and PR strategies for its portfolio of luxury retail, real estate, and hospitality businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement end‑to‑end marketing communications plans for each portfolio company, ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
• Manage social media, email marketing, website content, and paid digital acquisition, overseeing copy, visual and video assets for product launches, property debuts and culinary promotions.
• Draft press releases, executive communications, media kits and maintain relationships with top‑tier media outlets and influencers.
• Coordinate promotional strategies and PR coverage for brand activations, site unveilings, product releases and hospitality events.
• Track performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates and ROI to inform strategy and optimise budget allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Strategic Brand Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing communications experience, preferably supporting multi‑brand portfolios in luxury retail, real estate or hospitality.
• Exceptional written, editorial and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple brand initiatives simultaneously.
