Digital/Above the Line ATL Executive (FMCG)

About the role

The Digital/Above the Line ATL Executive will lead online advertising and marketing campaigns for a fast‑moving consumer goods company. The role involves creating and executing digital content, measuring performance, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
• Design basic graphics and visual assets using tools such as Canva, CapCut and Adobe.
• Monitor, analyse and report campaign performance using analytics platforms.
• Identify market trends, optimise spend and build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with influencers, agencies and internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Management, Communications or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication skills.
