Brand Communication Executive (FMCG)

About the role

The Brand Communication Executive will develop and execute communication strategies that strengthen the brand image, boost customer engagement, and support business objectives within the FMCG sector. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Marketing department and works closely with sales teams and external opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage Opinion Leaders and select promotional locations in assigned areas.
• Plan and execute detailing, presentation, and sampling activities to build consumer confidence.
• Distribute purchase orders to sales teams and authorized distributors.
• Ensure promotional activities and materials align with brand concepts, procedures, and targets.
• Prepare activity reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
• Share knowledge with colleagues to foster a high‑performance organization.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in Marketing, Communications, Social Science or related field.
• 2‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking, strong problem‑solving abilities and good teamwork.
• Willingness to ride a bike or learn to do so.
