About the role
The Marketing/Account Officer will support Mutual Alliance Mortgage Bank by promoting its banking products and assisting with basic account activities. This hybrid role blends marketing creativity with client‑facing duties, focusing on customers in Uyo and surrounding areas of Akwa Ibom.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for banking products.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to prospective clients.
- Assist the account team with routine client inquiries and documentation.
- Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and promotional materials.
Required profile
- Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Management or a related field.
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of Uyo and its environs.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- Entry‑level candidates with at least one month of relevant experience are welcome.
