Manager, Brand and Growth

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a strategic, data‑driven Manager, Brand & Growth to strengthen market presence and drive business expansion across multiple channels. You will lead end‑to‑end marketing efforts, ensuring clear, consistent messaging and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing plans that support growth goals, attract new customers and improve retention.
• Maintain a consistent brand message across all customer‑facing channels and protect brand reputation.
• Lead planning, execution and performance optimisation of multi‑channel campaigns.
• Coach and develop marketing team members, set goals and improve performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product, operations and leadership to align priorities and streamline processes.
• Track performance with clear reports, manage budgets responsibly and present insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand management or growth roles.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention and brand positioning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
