About the role

The CIG Motors Management Trainee Programme is a structured development initiative aimed at identifying and nurturing high‑potential graduates into future business leaders. Trainees will rotate through key business functions or be assigned to a specific unit, gaining practical experience while contributing to strategic and operational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate across core business functions to acquire a broad understanding of operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper) from a reputable Nigerian or foreign university.
• Completion of the NYSC programme.
• Age not more than 26 years.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; internship or relevant work experience is an advantage.
