About the role

Crossing Hurdles is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to work remotely on a contract basis. You will apply proven consulting methodologies to help shape AI model training and evaluation, ensuring outputs reflect real‑world management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert insights on management consulting methodologies, strategic analysis, and business transformation.
• Review, assess, and refine complex business scenarios, documents, and case studies for accuracy and relevance.
• Deliver high‑quality written and verbal feedback to improve AI system outputs and reasoning capabilities.
• Collaborate with the client’s team remotely to support AI model training and evaluation.
• Identify gaps, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a management consultant, preferably with a top‑tier consulting firm.
• Proven track record in strategic projects, business process improvement, and organizational transformation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience working with cross‑functional teams in remote settings.
• Experience developing or reviewing case studies, business frameworks, and client‑ready deliverables.
