Luxury Sales & Retail Manager

About the role

The Luxury Sales & Retail Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a premium retail outlet, driving revenue, profitability and customer acquisition across high‑value markets in Lagos. This senior position requires building strong relationships with affluent clients, influencers and beauty professionals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue, profitability and acquisition targets.
• Manage retail operations, merchandising, inventory control and sales reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, beauty professionals, influencers and relevant networks.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities in Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island and other premium markets.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, ensuring high service standards.
• Plan and support promotional activities, product demonstrations, masterclasses and customer engagement events.
• Monitor performance, market trends and competitor activity, providing regular reports and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field; beauty or health science qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum five years of experience in luxury retail, premium beauty/skincare sales or high‑end customer relationship management.
• Proven track record of sales growth, revenue generation and customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, stock management and performance reporting.
• Established relationships with premium customers or high‑value client networks in Lagos.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, commercial awareness, initiative and problem‑solving abilities.
