About the role
The Logistics Manager will lead daily logistics and fleet operations for a consulting firm based in Warri, Delta State. The role focuses on planning transportation activities, supervising drivers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics, vehicle deployment, and route schedules.
- Supervise drivers and logistics personnel, tracking performance, attendance, and compliance.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance, handle documentation, and address any operational issues promptly.
- Develop efficient logistics plans, resolve delays or route challenges, and control costs.
- Prepare regular operational reports, track performance indicators, and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in logistics, transport management, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
- At least 4–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, fleet, or operations management.
- Residency in Warri, Delta State preferred.
- Male candidates preferred due to current operational requirements.
