Loan Field Agent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Loan Field Agent to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing loan clients while ensuring high portfolio quality and repayment discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Source and onboard qualified loan clients.
• Manage and grow a performing loan portfolio.
• Conduct field verification and credit assessment.
• Monitor repayment behavior and portfolio quality.
• Drive consistent monthly loan disbursement performance.
• Support recovery efforts and ensure repayment discipline.
• Maintain accurate borrower records and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in loan marketing, micro‑finance, fintech lending, cooperative lending, or credit operations.
• Strong understanding of borrower assessment and loan recovery.
• Existing network of potential borrowers within Lagos.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Smartphone proficiency and ability to use digital applications.
