Liquidity Manager – Senior Associate

About the role

The firm is seeking an experienced Liquidity Manager to lead a high‑performing team that drives funding, cash management and liquidity optimisation across its investment portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Investment Officer, the role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Liquidity Management team, setting objectives, KPIs and development plans.
• Review and approve funding recommendations, allocate responsibilities for forecasting, market monitoring and execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly and monthly treasury reports and uphold strong risk‑management practices.
• Escalate material liquidity risks to the CIO and coordinate funding priorities with Portfolio Managers.
• Build succession plans and address capability gaps through training and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related field; Master’s degree and professional certifications (CFA, FRM, ACCA, etc.) are a plus.
• 6–10 years of experience in treasury, liquidity, cash‑flow or ALM roles within asset management, banking or similar financial institutions.

Required skills

• Strong financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience with treasury management systems.
