Line Cook

About the role

The Line Cook will support kitchen operations at Alpha‑Plus Apartments, ensuring high‑quality meals for guests. This entry‑level position reports to the Head Chef and requires the ability to work independently when the chef is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen activities and make decisions in the Head Chef’s absence.
• Prepare and execute soups, sauces, and daily specials following recipe cards.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including workstation setup and cleaning.
• Inspect food products for quality and adhere to storage and hygiene standards.
• Move between stations, covering all kitchen areas while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Participate in department meetings and company training.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 24 months of culinary experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good verbal and written communication, self‑motivated and positive attitude.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 100 kg, and perform repetitive kitchen tasks.
