Land Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our construction team in Abuja. The role involves conducting precise land, boundary, topographical and construction surveys to support building and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct land, boundary, topographical and construction surveys.
• Establish and verify site coordinates, levels, alignments and benchmarks.
• Perform setting‑out works for buildings, roads and other construction activities.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS/GNSS and automatic levels.
• Calculate areas, distances, elevations and coordinates accurately.
• Monitor construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare accurate survey reports, plans and identify discrepancies between site conditions and project drawings.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Surveying, Geomatics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in land surveying.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Operation of total stations.
• Use of GPS/GNSS equipment.
• Use of automatic levels.
