About the role

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to deliver first‑line technical assistance across hardware, software and network environments. The role focuses on maintaining smooth daily operations for end users while leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud services and security best practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide first‑line technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems, with emphasis on Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Manage Azure Active Directory for user provisioning, access controls, and security policies.
  • Handle user account tasks such as password resets, access requests, and system configurations.
  • Respond to service requests and incidents promptly to minimize operational disruption.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and software installations to ensure security and efficiency.
  • Assist in IT asset inventory management, tracking equipment and licenses.
  • Support remote employees by troubleshooting VPN, cloud‑based systems, and remote desktop environments.
  • Collaborate on projects, upgrades, and implementation of new Azure‑based technologies.
  • Implement Azure security best practices, including role‑based access control, identity protection, and endpoint security.
  • Provide user training on IT best practices, cloud collaboration tools, and security protocols.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent).
