IT Security Planning & Architecture Lead (Level 3)

About the role

The role leads investigations and defines strategies to protect the organization’s data from attacks. It works closely with senior management and the Group Cybersecurity team to design, implement, and monitor security controls across information systems, applications, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, define and enforce security requirements for applications in development, and design secure infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with development and client‑server teams to integrate security best practices, ensure compliance, and minimize risk to servers, workstations, and user productivity.
• Implement monitoring processes for security events, prevent data loss, and keep security documentation up to date.
• Provide inputs to strategic plans, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver security awareness training and materials.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years integrating applications and technology in complex environments.
• Minimum 3 years of security compliance and threat modeling experience.
• Proven experience with the full Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and security architecture governance.
