IT Security Planning & Architecture Specialist (Level 2)

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced IT security professional to lead investigations, define protection strategies, and drive cybersecurity initiatives in partnership with the Group Cybersecurity team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of security controls for information systems, enterprise applications, and data.
• Define and enforce security requirements throughout the software development lifecycle and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with development, client‑server, and stakeholder teams to integrate best‑practice security measures and minimize risk to servers, workstations, and user productivity.
• Plan, execute, and document information security projects, including secure infrastructure solutions and security awareness training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of professional experience, including at least three years in security architecture.
• Proven experience with full Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) for small and medium‑enterprise projects.
• Strong ability to anticipate problems, formulate solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
