Inventory Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join Newage Mobile Concept Ltd in Marina, Anambra. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the supply chain operations of our manufacturing and warehousing activities. You will work closely with procurement and production teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely availability of materials. The role requires using inventory management software to track movements and generate reports for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
• Issue materials and products according to approved requests.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, both manual and electronic.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management of reorder needs.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and well‑organized, preventing loss, damage, or theft.
• Prepare basic inventory and stock movement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of storekeeping and inventory experience in FMCG or consumer electronics.
• Minimum of 2 years in an inventory accounting or similar role.
• Proven experience managing stores and inventory.
