Institutional Partnerships & Adoption Lead

About the role

The Knowledge Education And Engineering Nexus Foundation is looking for a part-time Institutional Partnerships & Adoption Lead. The role builds a pipeline of educational institutions willing to pilot the platform, coordinates onboarding and turns pilot results into marketing material.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build a prioritised database of suitable educational institutions and identify decision-makers such as school owners, principals, academic coordinators, department heads and teachers.
• Conduct structured outreach by email, calls, professional networks, referrals and visits where practical.
• Arrange and coordinate platform demonstrations and follow up consistently with interested institutions to keep a clear pipeline of opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding with institutions that agree to pilot the platform and help teachers and administrators understand its value and get started.
• Collect feedback, objections and feature requests and share actionable insights with the Platform Lead and Content Lead.
• Work with the Content Lead to turn approved testimonials, pilot outcomes and success stories into marketing material.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare a weekly partnerships and adoption report.

Required profile

• A minimum of 2 years of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.

Performance is measured by institutions researched and qualified, decision-makers contacted, meaningful conversations and demonstrations held, pilot commitments secured, institutions onboarded, users who start using the platform, and the quality of follow-up, pipeline accuracy and feedback collected.
