Incubation Manager

About the role

The Incubation Manager will design and implement operational frameworks for Centre Point Multi Solutions Group’s incubation hubs and Centres of Excellence. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will translate learning programmes into tangible innovation outcomes for startups and entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities

• Define infrastructure, technology, programmes, people, processes and partnership standards for functional Centres of Excellence.
• Assess institutional readiness, identify gaps, and develop structured incubation pathways from ideation to graduation.
• Support startups with business modelling, MVP development, market validation, commercialisation and investment readiness.
• Maintain a pipeline of startups, track milestones, and conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
• Coordinate mentor, founder, investor and ecosystem networks.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and assessments for incubation performance.
• Travel to project locations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant discipline.
• At least four years of experience in incubation, innovation, entrepreneurship or programme management.
• Hands‑on experience with incubation hubs, accelerators or Centres of Excellence.
• Strong understanding of designing and operating incubation programmes.
