About the role

The Import Officer will manage end‑to‑end import activities, ensuring smooth coordination from order placement to final delivery. This role supports the supply chain function by maintaining compliance and controlling costs.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate import processes from order placement to delivery.
  • Prepare and review import documentation, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and relevant authorities.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
  • Monitor import costs, duties, and related expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all import transactions.

Required profile

  • HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant import/logistics experience.
  • Chartered Manufacturing experience is required.
