Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives for our construction business. The role involves shaping policies, overseeing recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
• Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
• Identify training needs and organize staff training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Good understanding of applicable labor and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, leadership, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
