Human Resource Officer

About the role

The Human Resource Officer will support all HR functions for Kenex Konsults International, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration within the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
• Prepare job descriptions, interview schedules, offer letters and related documents.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, transfers, confirmations and exit processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records, attendance, leave and other HR data.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, handling employee enquiries and workplace concerns.
• Support performance management, appraisal and training needs identification.
• Prepare regular HR reports on recruitment, staffing, attendance and turnover.
• Provide accurate employee information for payroll administration.
• Promote employee engagement and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration or related field.
• At least two years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
