HR Manager – Recruitment & Payroll

About the role
We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead our people operations at De-sculpture Gym. The role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, from attracting talent to managing payroll and employee records, ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs, support a positive workplace culture, and drive HR initiatives that align with our business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new employees across all functions.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle employee relations issues.
- Conduct account reconciliation related to HR expenditures.
- Oversee employee benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
