About the role
Peachy Talent Solutions is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join its team in Lagos. The role focuses on maintaining accurate employee records, supporting performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies within a manufacturing and warehousing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee relations and performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.
- Administer leave requests and other routine HR operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in core HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance.
- Must reside on Lagos Island and be available to start immediately.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 250,000 to NGN 400,000.
