HR Specialist: HMO Administration & HR Shared Services

About the role

Dangote Industries Limited is looking for an HR Specialist to handle HMO administration and HR shared services at its Head Office in Lagos. The role coordinates employee healthcare services, resolves escalated medical-service issues, manages healthcare providers and HR service vendors, supports employee welfare, and produces accurate utilisation and management reports.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the employee medical/HMO programme and act as liaison between employees, HMOs, healthcare providers and internal HR stakeholders
• Resolve escalated employee HMO and medical-service issues and monitor provider service delivery
• Maintain HMO records, support enrolment and information updates, and track HMO utilisation with periodic reports
• Support employee welfare programmes, coordinate service requests, and assist with expatriate leave, travel arrangements and year-end activities
• Prepare HMO utilisation and employee-service reports, track escalations and provide management updates

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Humanities or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
• At least 9 years of relevant experience in HR Shared Services, Employee Services, HR Operations or a related function
• Ability to work effectively within a matrix organisation
