HR Partnership Development Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Partnership Development Recruiter to identify and engage recruitment firms across Nigeria. You will act as the bridge between our consultancy and potential B2B partners, promoting a commission‑based collaboration while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify HR and recruitment firms throughout Nigeria that match our partnership criteria.
• Communicate the commission‑based opportunity clearly and honestly, without overselling.
• Maintain organized follow‑up processes and track interactions using email, WhatsApp and spreadsheet/CRM tools.
• Operate independently, driving outreach for a new, unproven market segment.
• Leverage basic digital literacy to manage contacts and update CRM records.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business development, partnership or B2B relationship building.
• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Confident, persuasive communicator comfortable discussing commission structures.
• Self‑driven and highly organised with consistent follow‑up habits.

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking partnership outreach.

What we offer

• Contractor engagement with a monthly remuneration between NGN 400,000 and NGN 600,000.
