HR Outsourcing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven HR Outsourcing Executive to join our growing HR outsourcing and recruitment operations team in Ibadan. You will play a key part in coordinating recruitment activities, supporting client engagements, and enhancing our HR service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes across all active vacancies.
• Source candidates, schedule interviews, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Oversee staff onboarding and workforce coordination.
• Maintain client communication and produce recruitment reports.
• Support recruitment campaigns and sourcing initiatives.
• Assist with HR outsourcing operations and related administrative tasks.
• Manage social media channels to increase recruitment visibility.
• Contribute to proposal preparation and business support activities.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or outsourcing.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good reporting and organizational skills.
• Social media and digital communication skills are a plus.
