HR Officer

About the role

ORIKI GROUP is hiring an HR Officer in Marina, Lagos, within the hospitality and hotel industry. The role covers recruitment, employee records, performance management and day-to-day HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding, for operational roles such as Spa Therapists, Nail Technicians and Spa Attendants.
• Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documentation.
• Address employee enquiries and support the resolution of workplace issues.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, employee training and development activities.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and staff welfare activities.
• Monitor attendance, leave records and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and HR administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality and problem-solving skills; able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
