HR Manager

About the role

An experienced HR Manager is being recruited to lead people strategy, drive organizational performance, and build a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition to build a high‑performing workforce.
• Oversee performance management systems and drive employee engagement and productivity.
• Manage learning and development programs to build skills and leadership capability.
• Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and HR systems to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Provide HR analytics and insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
