HR Generalist

About the role

Alpha Mead Group is recruiting a mid-level HR Generalist to join its team in Lagos. The HR Generalist provides operational HR support to the Head of HR and collaborates with Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and HRBP units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR records and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS.
• Coordinate performance management processes and reporting.
• Support learning & development administration and maintain training records.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
• Assist employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Participate in HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives across the group.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Real Estate or Facilities Management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using HR Information Systems, specifically SeamlessHR.
