HR Business Developer

About the role

Stunna Consults is seeking an energetic HR Business Developer to drive the growth of its recruitment services. You will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified leads, securing meetings with key decision‑makers, and converting prospects into long‑term corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified recruitment leads.
• Identify companies with current or anticipated staffing needs.
• Secure meetings with HR managers, CEOs, operations managers and other hiring decision‑makers.
• Develop and present compelling recruitment proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements and commercial terms.
• Build and maintain a strong corporate client portfolio.
• Generate repeat recruitment assignments from existing clients.
• Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
• Monitor market trends and identify new recruitment opportunities.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery of assignments.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to two years of business development experience.
• Proven ability to acquire corporate clients and generate recruitment revenue.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
