HR Associate – Recruitment & Consulting Support

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to join our team in Lagos. You will support recruitment and HR consulting projects for our clients, ensuring smooth processes from job posting to employee onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates and maintain candidate records.
• Assist clients in updating HR policies to comply with labor laws.
• Support onboarding, training coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Help manage performance review cycles, including goal setting and documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and ensure accurate record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR experience; consulting experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, policies and Nigerian labour regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
