HR / Admin Officer

About the role

The HR/Admin Officer will provide day‑to‑day administrative support for the implementation of human resources policies and ensure smooth office operations at Blue Coral Health Care Services. This role combines core HR functions such as reporting, payroll and recruitment with broader administrative responsibilities across the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce regular HR statistical reports (starters, leavers, turnover, sick leave, recruitment campaigns) for managers and the staffing committee.
• Maintain and update employee records, staff establishments and payroll, ensuring statutory deductions and monthly payslips are processed on time.
• Manage recruitment activities including job posting, interview coordination and contract preparation in line with local regulations.
• Support HR projects and special initiatives by arranging meetings, preparing reports, entering data into HR systems and following up on action points.
• Oversee office administration, procurement of supplies, vendor coordination and maintenance of filing and information‑flow systems.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a similar HR/administration role, preferably within healthcare.
• Thorough knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment laws.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using an HR information system for data entry, reporting and payroll processing.
