House Manager / Personal Assistant

About the role

Strivo Labs, a digital solutions provider based in Nigeria, is recruiting a House Manager / Personal Assistant in Ikeja, Lagos. The role oversees household operations and provides personal and administrative support to the principal. The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, trustworthy, discreet and able to manage many responsibilities at once.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of the residence and supervise household staff, coordinating their schedules and monitoring performance
• Manage the principal's calendar, appointments, reminders and daily schedule
• Coordinate home maintenance, repairs, servicing and vendor interactions
• Manage household supplies, groceries, inventory and related expenses
• Organise personal errands, shopping, bookings and local travel; arrange family activities, visitors and events
• Handle correspondence, keep records and assist with personal administrative tasks
• Follow up on tasks, coordinate service providers and maintain household budgets and expense tracking
• Anticipate the principal's needs, resolve issues early and keep all household and personal information confidential

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 3 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, Executive Assistant or in a similar role
• Experience with private households, senior executives or high-net-worth individuals is an advantage
• Proactive, dependable, resourceful and able to work independently

• Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Schedule management, coordination of people and follow-through without constant supervision
• Administrative skills: record-keeping, expense tracking and basic reporting
• Problem-solving and attention to detail
