Hotel Manager

About the role

Rt24 Hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead all operational aspects of the property in Lagos Marina. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, restaurant, and bar.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff, handling guest escalations and VIP requests.
• Manage food & beverage operations, develop menu concepts, and ensure quality, hygiene, and cost control.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy, restaurant foot traffic, and overall revenue.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monitor performance metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, and food cost percentages.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives for the hotel’s dining offerings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards and maintain top‑tier cleanliness.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a hotel, F&B, or restaurant management role.
• At least 2 years of direct management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, menu development, and kitchen supervision.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and staff‑management abilities.
• Solid understanding of hospitality financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with the ability to work weekends and evenings in a fast‑paced environment.
• A hospitality certification or degree is a plus.
