About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage all aspects of guest accommodation, from reservations to check‑in and check‑out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Manage online and phone reservations and maintain accurate booking records.
- Register guests, collect contact details and stay dates, and assign rooms.
- Provide information on hotel rates, rooms, and amenities.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to guarantee clean and fully‑furnished rooms.
- Confirm group bookings and arrange personalized services for VIP guests and event attendees.
- Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation software such as Cloudbeds and RoomKey PMS.
- Understanding of travel platforms like Booking.com and TripAdvisor.
- Customer‑service mindset with strong communication and organizational abilities.
- A university degree is required.
