About the role

Fortics Lifecare LTD is seeking a full‑time Hospital Manager to lead daily operations at its facility in the Ososami Area of Ibadan, Oyo State. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective patient care while ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hospital functions, including clinical services, facilities management, and support departments.
• Lead and motivate staff, fostering a patient‑centred culture and high standards of customer service.
• Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and clinical governance frameworks.
• Manage the hospital budget, control costs, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with national healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support the expansion of primary and secondary care assets.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in practice and hospital management.
• Demonstrated leadership and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff, patients, and external partners.
• Commitment to high patient satisfaction and quality service delivery.
• Knowledge of Nigerian healthcare policies and regulations.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
