Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and execution‑driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee Strivo Labs’ end‑to‑end operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery, operational excellence, and business scalability. The role translates business strategy into operational execution across fleet management, fuel‑card services, payment infrastructure, telematics, IoT solutions, supply‑chain operations, and strategic partner management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Operations department, supervising officers, field engineers and installation teams while scaling a high‑performing workforce.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs and automation initiatives to optimise deployment, maintenance and incident management.
• Oversee end‑to‑end deployment of fleet‑management, telematics and IoT hardware at customer sites, ensuring first‑time‑right installations.
• Manage supply‑chain, inventory and vendor relationships for telematics, IoT devices and related equipment.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements and internal controls, driving audit readiness and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply‑Chain Management, IT or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years progressive operational management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Hands‑on experience in telematics and IoT device installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and deployment.
• Proven track record of managing technology‑enabled field services, logistics, fleet management and supply‑chain operations.
