Head of Investment

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment opportunities, is looking for a Head of Investment to lead its investment vertical. The role focuses on deposit mobilization and growing investment inflows by building distribution channels and investor relationships, and driving large-scale capital inflows into investment products. It is a full-time, executive-level position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deposit mobilization strategies and build relationships with HNIs, corporate clients, institutional investors and distribution partners
• Develop channels such as partnerships, wealth advisors and digital investment funnels, working with sales, marketing and growth teams
• Develop investment strategies for funds mobilized through the platform and design investment products with product and growth teams
• Monitor portfolio performance, AUM, investor growth and returns, and report to executive leadership
• Keep investors informed and represent the products to potential investors and partners
• Build and lead the investment and deposit mobilization team
• Identify new channels and partnerships to scale inflows and support the company's liquidity needs

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field; MBA, CFA or similar certification is an advantage
• Minimum 8+ years in investment management, wealth management, asset management or capital raising
• Proven track record of mobilizing large deposits and growing AUM
• Experience building relationships with HNIs, institutional investors and strategic partners
• Leadership experience building investment or wealth teams

Required skills

• Understanding of investment products, fixed income instruments, treasury placements and capital deployment
• Knowledge of financial markets and macroeconomic trends
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
