About the role
Sifax Group, a fast‑growing African multinational, is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead all financial operations and drive the company’s growth strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
- Provide strategic guidance on risk management, investment opportunities and capital structure.
- Lead the finance team and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA.
- Minimum 5 years of senior financial management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, IFRS and FRCN.
- Preference for candidates residing in Ikorodu, Ketu or Mile 12.
Required skills
- IFRS knowledge.
- Proficiency with digital finance tools.
- Data analytics for decision‑making and reporting.
