Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will lead the company’s financial operations, shape financial strategy and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgeting processes and performance metrics.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, audit and financial reporting across the organization.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue assurance, cost management and overall financial health.
• Lead ERP implementation, financial process improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (MBA or MSc preferred).
• Chartered Accountant qualification (ICAN, ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of finance/accounting experience, including at least 6 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.

• Competitive salary range N1,200,000 – N2,000,000 per month.
