Head of Business

About the role

The Head of Business will own sales targets and drive revenue across Bayabotech's product portfolio, beginning with the Xenia solution. This senior position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for building a high‑performing sales organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales targets and generate revenue across all products, closing deals and earning commission on new business.
• Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Conduct market surveys, identify opportunities, and co‑create new market strategies with the CEO.
• Open new markets and grow the reseller network.
• Provide clear, consistent reporting and ensure accountability throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, information technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in technology, software or SaaS.
• Proven track record of closing deals and selling business software or IT solutions.
• Leadership and mentoring ability with a strong ownership mentality.
• Self‑driven ambition and full commitment to the company’s vision.
