About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Abuja, delivering high-quality African and Continental dishes while ensuring top standards of hygiene and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities and supervise support staff.
- Prepare and present premium African and Continental cuisine.
- Manage kitchen supplies, inventory and food quality.
- Maintain strict hygiene, safety and food-storage standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Chef or senior culinary leader (minimum 5 years).
- Strong background in African and Continental cooking.
- Demonstrated ability to independently run kitchen operations.
- Experience supervising kitchen personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of food hygiene, safety and storage.
- Excellent organization, time-management and attention to detail.

- Competitive salary ranging from NGN 600,000 to NGN 900,000 per month.
