Growth Marketing Officer

About the role

The Growth Marketing Officer will lead customer acquisition, activation, engagement and retention for Agriarche’s platform. Working closely with Brand, Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Product teams, you will design data‑driven growth strategies that boost platform adoption and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel growth campaigns targeting farmers, buyers, aggregators, processors and institutional customers.
• Plan, launch and manage product‑focused marketing initiatives, lead‑generation programs and promotional activities.
• Analyse customer journeys, optimise onboarding, and design referral, loyalty and re‑activation programmes.
• Monitor growth metrics, produce performance dashboards and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaigns.
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, support field activations, events and community‑engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in growth or digital marketing, demand generation or similar roles.
• Proven track record of driving measurable customer acquisition and growth.
• Experience managing both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
