Growth & Marketing Associate

About the role

Auxtoria is looking for a motivated Growth & Marketing Associate to support its mission of improving children’s education. This remote internship offers hands‑on experience across brand, digital, growth, community, and partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns and promotional materials.
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content; support website, blog, and newsletter updates.
• Help launch products, run acquisition campaigns, track performance metrics and suggest optimisations.
• Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and contribute to community projects.
• Reach out to schools, churches, NGOs and coordinate joint events.
• Write captions, blog posts, newsletters and promotional copy; collaborate with designers.
• Research market trends, monitor competitors and compile simple performance reports.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in Auxtoria’s mission and children’s education.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and well‑organized.
• Comfortable working independently within a remote team.
• Eager to learn and grow in a startup environment.

Required skills

• Canva or similar design tools.
• Google Workspace.
• Microsoft Office.
• SEO basics.
• Social media management experience (nice to have).
