Growth Marketer

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment solutions, is looking for a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketer to lead user acquisition, brand awareness and customer retention. The role optimizes customer acquisition cost, improves conversion rates and drives engagement across several channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run marketing strategies for user acquisition, retention and brand awareness.
• Optimize paid and organic channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Drive leads and conversions through funnels and targeted campaigns.
• Work with sales, content and digital marketing teams to align efforts.
• Use CRM, email marketing and loyalty programs to retain customers.
• A/B test ads, messaging, landing pages and other assets.
• Monitor KPIs such as CAC, conversion rates and engagement, and analyze competitors and market trends.
• Implement marketing automation tools and generate reports for business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years in growth, digital or performance marketing, preferably in fintech or a high-growth financial services company.
• Proven experience in SEO, paid media, social media and content marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms and marketing automation software.
• Ability to run A/B tests, optimize funnels and segment customers; manages multiple campaigns in a fast pace.
• Willing to start immediately.
