Growth Lead – Marketing, Partnerships & Sales

About the role

Kenkeputa is seeking a Growth Lead to own marketing, adoption, partnerships and sales across its multi‑product ecosystem spanning Africa and North America. Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside heads of engineering and operations, you will drive company‑wide growth for both consumer and marketplace products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global growth strategy covering acquisition, activation, retention, monetization and expansion across all Kenkeputa products.
• Lead brand and performance marketing, content, social, influencer and community growth for both African and North American markets.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, merchants, creators, payment, logistics and ecosystem partners.
• Develop and own sales strategies for B2C, B2B and marketplace channels, collaborating with operations on conversion and fulfillment.
• Oversee AI Trade OS migration, managing user migration, incentives and rollout to minimise churn.
• Translate growth insights into product priorities and build a lean, high‑output growth team.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in growth, marketing, partnerships or revenue leadership, with a proven track record scaling consumer or marketplace products.
• Strong understanding of African markets, especially Nigeria, and data‑driven decision‑making with an execution bias.
• Excellent communication, ownership and leadership skills, able to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels.
