Growth and Sales Manager

About the role

The Growth and Sales Manager drives revenue growth, manages the sales pipeline, acquires new clients and converts leads into paying customers. The role covers prospecting, cold calling, client engagement, business pitching, negotiation and closing profitable deals, while also managing existing clients, driving upselling and renewals, achieving sales targets and making strategic commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new revenue streams and business opportunities.
• Develop business plans to expand into new markets and commercial sectors.
• Secure strategic partnerships, joint ventures and corporate sponsorships.
• Drive B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition and deal closures.
• Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Grow revenue through new business, renewals, upselling and repeat sales.
• Monitor revenue performance, cash collections and sales targets.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc from a reputable higher institution.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven B2B sales, business development, partnerships or commercial growth experience.
• Track record of closing deals and growing client accounts.
• Experience developing business pitches, commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
• Ability to manage sales pipelines, forecast revenue and assess deal profitability.
• Experience in media, advertising, entertainment, sponsorship or branded content is an advantage.

• Prospecting, presentation, negotiation and relationship management.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and spreadsheets.

What we offer

• Monthly net compensation of NGN 300,000-400,000 plus sales commission.
• Pension and HMO.
• 13th month salary.
