Graphic Designer

About the role

The Pewito Concept Limited is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer in Ibadan, Oyo State. The designer creates visual content for social media and marketing campaigns, works closely with the marketing team and follows the company's brand guidelines. The position is offered on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Create promotional flyers, banners, advertisements and digital marketing materials.
• Develop visual assets that match the company's brand identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and other teams to turn ideas into effective visual content.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver projects within agreed timelines.
• Maintain consistency in typography, colours, layouts and brand presentation.
• Stay up to date with current design trends and techniques.

Required profile

• Portfolio showing graphic design skills and creativity.
• Good understanding of colour theory, typography, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines; proactive attitude and openness to feedback.
• Candidates with certifications, personal projects, freelance experience or previous design experience are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Basic to intermediate proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva or CorelDRAW, or equivalent software.

What we offer

• A fixed monthly salary of NGN 70,000 to 150,000.
